EQ vs IQ

My collegues is a group of 40 - 60 years old people with truly experience in sales field. They have excellent EQ and behave as very very mature gentlemen. Even from their chat, I can feel their tone just like the old words, "心照不宣".....their behaviours, way of chating, especially their EQ, i appreciate mostly and extremely. They just know the tatoo, and boundary of soical interaction. It's a good mirror for myself to see, picture, and evaluate my words and behaviours.

It's a MIRROR only, but, I will not say a model of excellence or a good example. It is becasue they are not working brilliantly, at least they are not up to the level i am happy with ( although the truth is that i am also not up to the level i am happy with myself ).

Old boys of my mother school, many of them are excellent scholars, doctors, CFO, etc, very successful people. Their attitude towards life, career, hobbies, so on..... lead to their achivements , development of skills. I will say their excellence is not only driven simply by IQ, or EQ. They are grown up under test and chanllenge, I believe. How to work and life as brilliant as they are?

Anyways, I will try to be as good as they are!

Finally, they got my application

How long it take to procede a application document from one office to another office? The answer is 1 month ( already under my pressure ). I just cannot imagine how efficient their office will be? Exactly they took 2 weeks in one office and then filed the document and then moved to another office. And the document was just sitting there for another 2 weeks. ( I think it might just in front of the lady's desk. ) After the long process, calling them, e-mail them, and sincerely remind them....they finally got my file and put it to the desk of the admission director. ( another 2 weeks to review, another 2 weeks to inform me....?? ) I understand why the successful rate is 65 out of 1500....it is because they just have the energy to handle 65 of the application and the other 1435 applications are still at their office.
