WORKING & FAMILY
My colleague was left the company today. She was just joined the company for 2 months and I think she is working good and everything seems smooth. But, shortly before the lunch hour today, she was call by my boss and discussed in his room for 15mins. Afterwards, she packed up & left.
A company is composed by a group of people and each people have their own position. And hopefully, each people should take up a suitable task and sit at the best suited position. However, the more important topic is that how to determine who is suitable for a specific position. Further than this question, for a strategic management level, we need to first consider the function of the post. And we should have 100% clear about , when we open a post, the duty of that post. From my boss's example, i will interpretate that the post duty, daily operation, relation between other workers are not clear & well established enough for her to follow. However, boss's eyes are naturally focused on whether the performance of the worker can meet his own expectation. By his very simple logic, a negative conclusion comes. But, in other words, my boss cannot do what he want to do. I hate this kind of things happen!
So, I was too tired to write about my family. May be next time, i will write something about my family.
